PDE Site Visit #2
Our second site visit with the PA Department of Education was November 14th. Administrators discussed our progress and continued action plan for implementing our KtO goals. On a guided tour of Glenolden School, teachers, instructional assistants, the librarian, and students showcased the multitude of literacy programs now available in all of our schools. A special thank you to the staff and students at Glenolden School for opening their classrooms to us.
The grant requires certain assessments to be administered to document student growth in the area of literacy. This folder holds the assessment schedules, as well as information regarding specific assessment measures.
Our CLLP will align strategies and resources toward a common goal of graduating highly literate youth equipped with the knowledge and skills they need to thrive as future workers, family members, and citizens. This is a first year requirement for all KtO grantees. Our district CLLP team will be working on this throughout the year.

Professional development trainings for the targeted KtO teachers. Content module participation is a grant requirment, while other professional learning opportunities support the implementation of new instructional programs.
